Seagate Foodbank  - Join us to help at the Foodbank this Wednesday, Ocotber 3 from 10 am to Noon.  If you need a ride, please meet at the WUMC at 9:30 am.


God’s Kids Choir will NOT be meeting this Wednesday. 

We have a few Welcome A Neighbor bags remaining to be delivered.  Please plan to take 1 or 2 to a new neighbor!

Waterville Primary Families is our September Mission Focus.   This Sunday in is Mission Jar Sunday!

Prayer Quilt Ministry - They will be meeting on the last Tuesday of the month at 10:30 am meet in the Fireside Room.

YOUTH OUTREACH - The youth will be participating in a community outreach event on October 21 at Sunshine Children’s Home.  They will be handing out candy to the residents and the public as a part of their Spooky Boardwalk.   Please consider donating a bag of candy for this event.  Candy will be collected through October 21.  There will be a collection box by the community room.

An Interesting DVD Available for Borrowing!

A DVD, Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus, featuring Nabeel Qureshi, a former Muslim, who became a fervent Christian, is available for anyone to borrow.  This DVD is the powerful story of the clash between Islam and Christianity and the peace Qureshi found in Jesus.  Contact Cindy Box at 419-877-5031 or Delores Young at 419-878-8238 if you are interested in borrowing it.

Operation Christmas Child - October Collection Items - Items for boys ages 10-14!  Balls, playing cards, tools, water bottles, dominoes, Rubik cubes…

Third Quarter Giving Statements will be emailed on Saturday, October 6.  For those who receive hardcopies, they will be available for your pick up on Sunday, October 7 on the shelf outside the Church Office.  Please contact Tom Wiggins at financialsec@watervilleumc.org if you have any questions about anything related to finance, stewardship or the Capital Campaign.
