Below we are proud to present a layout of our Facilities at Waterville UMC, serving NW Ohio and surrounding areas. Our facilities are located at 7115 Waterville- Monclova Road, comprising 10 acres located next door to the Waterville Fire Department. A brightly illuminated parking lot with parking for 200+ vehicles including Handicap accessible spaces. The main entrance of the facility has a large, automobile drive - thru with overhang where guests can be dropped off during inclement weather. However, this overhang does not accommodate large trucks. There is also direct Kitchen access to the parking area for food and beverage deliveries.
The building is an 11,000 square foot modern facility, designed to accommodate Weddings, Banquets, Business meetings, Concerts, Theatrical, and Social events both large & small. The interior is comprised of a 190 + seat, level, carpeted Auditorium with large stage and a backstage area with restroom. Stage is handicap accessible with provided handicap lift. Available (staff operated) are large video LED projection screens and full AVL (audio/visual, lighting) control capability supporting performances and also event streaming. A clear, folding glass wall separates the Auditorium from another large 1400 square foot space we call the Gathering space. The Gathering space is provided with separate AVL control and large LED video screens. Both spaces can be used independently or combine both areas with the Glass wall open. Combined they are AVL connected and a total 2,300 square feet area which can be used for larger events and/ or breakfast - lunch - dinner venues. A modern catering Kitchen provides more than adequate counter space, ample electrical outlets, an 8’ serving window with insulated shutter opens to the auditorium, 2 refrigerators, multiple sinks, 2 microwaves and dishwasher.
In addition are five (5) Meeting /Classrooms, a small 6 seat Sitting room with comfortable furniture. Each are provided with video screens. Wi - Fi and Wired internet access is provided throughout the building ’s rooms. Also conveniently located off the Gathering space are a Nursery and large Men & Women’s Restrooms.
